The HUMAN RELATION RELATIONS THEORY was founded by simply George Elton Mayo, the eldest boy of George Gibbes Mayo who was delivered on the dua puluh enam December 1880 in Adelaide, Australia. was an Aussie industrial psychiatrist, sociologist and organizational theorist.

In 1927, Elton Mayonaise and a team of Harvard University or college researchers met in Cicero, Illinois, in Western Electric powered Company's Hawthorne, New Jersey herb to begin a report on the romance between changes in physical operating conditions and employee productivity. These research, known as the Hawthorne studies, says money and job secureness are not the sole sources of employee motivation and led to the development of the human associations approach to determination. By carrying out controlled tests in the relay assembly section of the plant, the researchers wanted answers to such queries as, " What is the effect of different features of light on employee end result? " and " How will varying sound levels change worker efficiency? " In one experiment, sufficient lighting was provided to a group of six female employees; later the quantity of light was reduced. Mayo and his colleagues were puzzled to discover that reducing the number of light offers almost no influence on productivity. In some cases, output actually rose.
