This research examined six people-integration best practices during mergers and acquisitions (M& As): cultural homework, cultural the use, integration planning, integration managers and groups, communication techniques, and leadership support. Selection interviews were done with doze individuals who played key functions in M& As. The analysis findings supported the use of all the best practices except for cultural due diligence and the usage managers. Suggestions of this analyze are to perform cultural search, implement the very best practices authenticated by the analyze, and hold leaders responsible for supporting the M& A effort. Recommendations for research include examining the effect of exterior factors in M& Successful and improving measures with the people influence on M& A success. This examine concludes that organization creation practitioners need to lead the charge in executing M& As with concern of the human being impact. Experts can be assisted in this efforts by familiarizing themselves with the M& An ideal practices validated in this examine.
