Transformational leadership is described as a person who has the ability to make enthusiasts into frontrunners and encourage change (Roussel & Swansburg, 2009). Life changing leadership stimulates staff empowerment (Roussel & Swansburg, 2009). It is thought that if staff feels strengthened then they will work harder by simply collaborating together instead of competing, which will create efficiency inside the organization and it will be infectious to others (Roussel & Swansburg, 2009). Life changing leadership permits everyone to get involved in the making decisions this helps everybody feel like they can be part of the staff (Roussel & Swansburg, 2009). Transformational leaders are ready to adapt to any scenario that is offered to them good or bad (Roussel & Swansburg, 2009).
Transformational leadership provides four pieces. The four components will be management of attention, administration of which means, management of trust and management of self (Roussel & Swansburg, 2009). Management of focus relates to having goals. Management of meaning relates to being a role style to others by simply encouraging determination. Management of trust pertains to staff understanding that they can usually trust the face to do precisely what is right.
